PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backup video recording function which requires no user's operation and is efficient for equipment configuration that enables a television broadcast received by a tuner part to be viewed on a display panel separated from the tuner part. SOLUTION: The tuner part 10 is triggered by physical change of transition from an integrated type to a separate type to start automatic video recording. Consequently, while the television broadcast received by the tuner part 10 is viewed in real time, contents of the television broadcast during the transition period of change of the tuner part 10 and a panel part 20 from the integrated type to the separate type are recorded on an HDD mounted in the tuner part 10 to be re-viewed.
