PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably communicate with a global network distinguishing between the data use and the sound use even with a two-stage connection of sound/data common communication controller. SOLUTION: The system comprises a sound/data common communication controller of a master connected to a global network which applies different IP address systems for the data use and the sound use, and sound/data common communication controller of a slave connected to the master unit which accommodates a data communication unit and sound communication unit as its subordinates. The master sound/data common communication controller is provided with a part functioning as an IP address giving server on a request to acquire data and sound IP addresses from the slave sound/data common communication controller, thereby giving local IP addresses between the maser and the slave for the data use and the sound use.
