PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric contact switching device in which a conductive fluid is easily contained in a container. SOLUTION: A container 2 comprises: a cavity 2a, a volume of which is reduced by deformation of a diaphragm 1b; a groove 2b, a cross-sectional area of which orthogonal to a moving direction of a conductive fluid 3 smaller than a cavity 2a, one end of which is coupled with the cavity 2a, and at the other end of which a plurality of contacts 4 are exposed; and an injection groove 2c, a cross-sectional area of which orthogonal to the moving direction of the conductive fluid 3 is smaller than the cavity 2a and larger than the groove 2b, one end of which is coupled with the cavity 2a, and at the other end of which an injection opening 2d is formed to inject the conductive fluid 3 into the container 2. Since a cross-sectional area of the injection groove 2c is larger than the cross-sectional area of the groove 2b, it is easy to contain the conductive fluid 3 in the container 2.
