PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recognition technique for detecting a three-dimensional position and speed of an object which moves at high speed to apply the technique for input of sight lines. SOLUTION: Photographing timing of a plurality of arranged cameras is synchronized, images photographed with minute parallax and minute time difference are integrally analyzed to simultaneously detect the three-dimensional position and the speed of a target object.
