PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photosensitive material having a desirable image color tone and producing a high degree of sharpness. SOLUTION: The heat developable photosensitive material which has an image forming layer containing at least an organic silver salt, a photosensitive silver halide, and a reducing agent, and at least one non-photosensitive layer on at least one face of the base comprises at least two kinds of dye whose relationships are as follows: (1) The two kinds of dye have a spectral absorption maximum (described as the spectral absorption maximum a) within±20 nm of the maximum wavelength of the light used for image exposure. (2) The two kinds of dye have another spectral absorption maximum (described as the spectral absorption maximum b) in a visible part respectively.
