PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas supply device capable of rapidly filling a high-pressure gas even to a tank made of resin. SOLUTION: This gas supply device 1 for supplying a gas prepared by a gas making device 11 from a gas storage unit 13 to the high-pressure tank 16 as a supply destination, has a vortex tube 14 for separating the gas output from the gas storage unit 13 into a high-temperature gas and a low-temperature gas to independently discharge the same, a heat exchanger for heat radiation 15 for radiating the heat of the high-temperature gas discharged from the vortex tube 14, and a converging portion 25 where the low-temperature gas discharged from the vortex tube 14 and the gas passing through the heat exchanger 15 for heat radiation are converged, and the gas converged at the converging portion is supplied to the high-pressure tank 16.
