PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition structure of a room space capable of smoothly bringing up the sense of independence in order to enable a shared child's room to make a private room by separating it stepwise, and a partition method of the room space. SOLUTION: The partition structure of the room space is equipped with a bunk bed having a pair of longer rectangular-shaped horizontal bedding loading stands provided vertically with an interval and placed in the center of the room space and shielding bodies detachably mounted to different sides between the upper bedding loading stand and the ceiling and between the upper bedding loading stand and the lower bedding loading stand, the shielding bodies include an imperfect shielding body enabling a sign on the opposite side to be sensed by visual sensation and a perfect shielding body unable to sense the sign on the opposite side by visual sensation, a plurality of different kinds of bodies enabling the sign on the opposite side to be sensed visually are formed, and one shielding body selected in accordance with a necessary shielding level is mounted on the bunk bed.
