PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material of inorganic nano-particles, exhibiting one-dimensional array structure and good dispersibility in an organic solvent, gelatinizing the organic acid, randomly dispersed in a solvent by heating the solvent and returning to the one-dimensional array structure of the nano-particles by cooling and, accordingly, exhibiting excellent properties as a material for forming an optical element and an ultrafine circuit, an electron conductive material, a conductive paint, a conductive adhesive material, a material for a thin liquid crystal element, a material for gel actuator, a non-linear optical material, a magnetic material, a catalyst material, a sensor material and a material for single-electron transistor. SOLUTION: The invention provides a composite material of inorganic nano-particles composed of inorganic nano-particles and an organic compound spontaneously aggregating in an organic solvent, an aggregate of the composite material, a gelatinous material containing the aggregate, a method for producing the composite material of the inorganic nano-particles, a cured resin containing the same, a method for producing the cured resin, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
