PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance rotation position accuracy while facilitating mounting of an electric actuator to a mounting member. SOLUTION: A shaft end 5 of a drive shaft 3 formed on a servo-motor part 2 of the electric actuator 1 is fitted to a conical guide 14 formed on a side surface of the mounting member 10 to perform positioning of a link central axis 3a relative to the mounting member. A conical fitting part 8 is provided at a position farthest from the link central axis on an outer periphery of the servo-motor part and a conical projection part 8b of the conical fitting part is fitted to a conical recession part 13b of a fitting boss 13 at the mounting member side. Thereby, two-dimensional position of both members can be made coincident. Further, by fitting positioning of the conical fitting part and the fitting boss, two-dimensional positioning of the other mounting parts 6, 7 and the mounting bosses 11, 12 are also simultaneously performed and assembling/fixing by fixing screws 9a, 9b, 9c can be easily performed.
