PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting implement of a transplanter to prevent the forward splash of mud by a leveling rotor. SOLUTION: The planting implement liftably connected to a traveling machine body 1 is provided with a covering member to cover the upper front part of a leveling rotor 16 to perform the leveling work of the surface layer of the field from the surface to the planting depth by the rotational motion of the rotor in conjunction with the lifting motion of the planting implement 7. The backward splash of mud by the rotation of the leveling rotor 16 in leveling work is prevented by using a rotor cover 36 covering the rear part above the leveling rotor 16 and turning the rotor cover forward by a turning driving part 39 to use the rotor cover 36 as the cover member or using a mobile cover member 41 as the cover member by moving the mobile cover 41 along the leveling rotor 16 to cover the upper front side the leveling rotor 16 in conjunction with the lifting motion of the planting implement 7.
