PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof for vegetable cultivation, holding a vegetable culture vessel in a groove of the roof, preventing the damage of the roof and enabling easy installation and provide a culture vessel supporting member to hold a culture vessel in the groove of a roof. SOLUTION: A supporting base Sa is fixed on an upper flat face B1 of a ridge B in a state extending the supporting part Sa7 of the base to both groove parts G. A pasting flat face Sa1 is temporarily fixed with a double-faced adhesive tape, and a moisture-curing adhesive is injected through a cylindrical part Sa3 and cured. The upper ends C2 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of a vegetable culture vessel C are placed on the supporting part Sa7. The upper part of the cylindrical part Sa3 is fit in a fitting hole Sb5 and the upper part of a fitting protrusion Sa8 is inserted into an engaging hole Sb6 and engaged with an outer protrusion Sa9 to attach the holding member Sb to the supporting base Sa. The upper end C2 of the vegetable culture vessel C is clamped between a dangled protrusion Sb3 and the supporting part Sa7 of the supporting base Sa on the outside of the outer protrusion Sb2.
