The lighting device is attached to the top of a metal housing (6) and supplied with power in an appropriate way. A first transparent pane is inserted below the lamp and a foil attached to the lower surface of the pane. A second transparent pane is positioned underneath and attached with screws to a flange surrounding the lower edges of the housing. The upper pane is provided with conical recesses for the insertion of screws with complementary heads. A metal angle element is also joined with each screw holding a spring engaging with the lateral panel of the housing (6). An independent claim is given for a cover to be used with the lamp.
