METHOD FOR CLEANING WELL BOTTOM ZONE, COOLING AND LUBRICATION OF BEARINGS OF BIT ROLLER CUTTERS AND APPLIANCE FOR WELL DRILLING FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

The group of inventions relates to drilling engineering and can be used for drilling blast holes with roller bits with blasting with air-water mix. A method for cleaning well bottom zone, cooling and lubrication of bit roller-cutter bearings prescribes supply of air-water mix to inner cavity of the beam with pipe installed in it in coaxial position. Mix is separated in moisture separator installed on pipe in the upper part of the beam. Water flow is magnetized in moisture separator. That is magnetic separator consisting of set of magnetic bodies. Air flow is directed by pipe and blast channels of the bit to well bottom zone. Water flow is supplied through circular channel and channels for washing and cooling roller-cutter bearings for watering of well bottom zone. Water column between the beam and the pipe forms barrier for event of bit stop and prevents penetration of liquid slime to bearings of bit cutters. The invention promotes increase of effectiveness of operation of roller-cutter bits and increase of their durability.
