METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING INTOLERABILITY TO ASPIRIN IN PATIENTS WITH POLYPOUS RHINOSINUITIS

The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the method for diagnosing intolerability to aspirin in the patients with polypous rhinosinuitis. The method provides for the computed tomography of the cranium in the frontal projection prior to and 5 hours after intranasal administration of aspirin to both inferior nasal conchas. The aspirin dependence of the polypous rhinosinuitis is verified by the patterns of the alterations in the nasal mucosa comparing the thickness and the width of the opening of the nasal meatus prior to and after the provocative assay.
