An apparatus and a method for automatically establishing a communication environment by using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and a service system using the same are provided to allow a service user to perform phone conversation with another service subscriber through one call. A subscriber information storage unit(11) stores subscriber registration information, destination number registration information and RFID registration information of a subscriber of a service which automatically establishes a communication environment. An RFID server(52) receives an RFID tag value which recognized an RFID tag of the subscriber and RFID position information from an external RFID reader(51) and transmits them. An automatic communication environment establishing server(12) updates the subscriber registration information of the subscriber information storage unit(11) by using the RFID position information and the RFID tag value and searches a destination number from the destination number registration information of the subscriber information storage unit(11) to control a call connection. A soft switch(30) connects a speech path with a terminal of the subscriber and provides a communication service.
