INJECTION APPARATUS OF DISCHARGE GAS FOR MANUFACTURING OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

A discharge gas injection apparatus for manufacturing a plasma display panel is provided to suppress reduction of discharge efficiency by removing effectively impurity gas from discharge gas injected into a discharge space. An injection pump(300) provides pressure for injecting discharge gas into a discharge space of a plasma display panel. An injection tube(301) is used as a discharge gas path from the injection pump to the plasma display panel. A cooling unit(302) cools a part of the injection tube. The part of the injection tube cooled by the cooling unit is formed with a spiral shape and a detachable structure.
