A combining method of a press sheet is provided to prevent a combining unit from being projected to the outside of the sheet and minimize the distance between the sheet and an adjacent part by inserting chips in a coupling hole part of an auxiliary press sheet and compressing the chips. A combining method of a press sheet is composed of a punching step of molding a combining hole part at a main press sheet(50) and molding a coupling hole part at an auxiliary press sheet; an insertion step of fitting chips(60) generated at the punching step into the combining and coupling hole parts; and a pressing step of pressing the chips by a predetermined pressure and compressing the chips in the coupling hole part. The driving distance of a punch(62) is relatively shorter than thickness of the main press sheet to prevent the chip from being separated from the combining hole part. |
