A nano-silver absorption sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to absorb the moisture generated when defrosting the food and to prevent the proliferation of bacteria at the surface of the food. An upper sheet layer(120) is made of hydrophobic materials, forms the appearance of the upper surface and guides downwardly the moisture generated by contacting with the food. A lower absorption layer(140) is formed by the same material as the upper sheet layer, treated by the hydrophilic process, laminated on the lower portion of the upper sheet layer and absorbs the moisture guided at the lower portion of the upper sheet layer. Nano silver particles are contained into the upper sheet layer and the lower absorption layer. |
