Method and system for converting messages left on a voice mail system

Method involves operation of remote inquiry interface by AB-service server. The AB-service server prompts answering machine after identification or authentication of access authorization on all ongoing inquiry language messages. The ongoing inquires language messages are acoustically transmitted to AB-service-server in case of affirmation whereby subsequently converted into standardized data format and are made available in an AB-databank. An independent claim is also included for the system.
