Composition for dyeing keratinic fibers, comprising dyes and/or dye precursors in a cosmetically acceptable medium, includes an alkyl or alkenyl oligoglycoside (I) and a cationic or amphoteric polymer (II) with a molecular weight below 20000. Independent claims are also included for: (1) use of a combination of (I) and (II) to produce an intensive color change on keratinic fibers; (2) dyeing keratinic fibers by applying a composition as above to the fibers and rinsing it off after a period of action.
