A manufacturing apparatus of ozone water is provided to obtain ozone water with high efficiency by a simple construction, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. A pressure room(6) is equipped at an end of a supply pipe(5) extended from a compression motor. The inside of the pressure room is expanded toward a side direction. A discharge pipe(8) is connected with the other side of the pressure room. The diameter of the pressure room is larger than that of the discharge pipe. A compression room(7) is formed at the inside of the pressure room and expanded to the upper portion of the supply pipe. Plural partitions are installed at the compression room. |
