PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel feed device of a vertical engine which needs a shorter pipe length, does not provide complicated pipe structure, and enables an easier air bleeding operation. SOLUTION: In a fuel feed device which feeds fuel, through a fuel feed rail 29, to a fuel injection valve 12 installed on a cylinder head 5 of a vertical engine 2 to be mounted so that its crank shaft 9 is positioned roughly in vertical direction, the fuel feed rail 29 is arranged in the same direction as the crank shaft 9, and a fuel feed port to the fuel feed rail 29 and a fuel return port from the fuel feed rail 29 are provided on the fuel feed rail 29 at a position higher than the uppermost fuel injection valve 12. |
