An automatic opening and closing apparatus for security and fireproof door is provided to effectively improve prevention of smoke and security by installing a latch gear and solenoid to operate a latch to fixate the door from opening. An automatic opening and closing apparatus for security and fireproof door comprises a door closer(10) installed on the upper side of the door; an operating lever(15) is rotationally combined to the fixed axle(11) of the door closer; a supporting flap and an arm are rotationally combined to a door frame; and the arm and operating arm are combined in a link method. A central control room contains a warning generator member connected to a control member, the control member is connected to a transmitting and receiving member, and the transmitting and receiving member is connected to an opening and closing apparatus. The opening and closing apparatus contains a latch gear(12) inserted to the fixed axle of the door closer, a latch(13) movably installed a predetermined distance from the latch gear and moved forward and backward by a solenoid(14), and the solenoid is connected to and operated by the control member of the central control room. A charge coupled device(CCD) camera is installed in an proximal distance from the security and fire protection door, and is connected to the automatic opening and closing apparatus and to the central control room. |
