<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector of which, respective contact arms can be easily designed, easily connected to an external devices, contacting with a card having contact pads arranged in two rows at one main surface. <P>SOLUTION: The card connector A makes contact with a card D having contact pads C<SB>1</SB>, C<SB>2</SB>arranged in two rows on one main surface. A first contact arm 21<SB>1</SB>of a contact 20<SB>1</SB>of the row on one side, and a second contact arm 21<SB>2</SB>of a contact 20<SB>2</SB>of the row on the other side are arranged so as to face each other. A first lead part 23<SB>1</SB>of the contact 20<SB>1</SB>on one side extends from the root part 22<SB>1</SB>of the first contact arm 21<SB>1</SB>in parallel with and in the same direction with the first contact arm 21<SB>1</SB>, and also in parallel with and in the same direction with a second lead part 23<SB>2</SB>of the contact 20<SB>2</SB>of the row on the other side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
