PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate for a flexible polyurethane foam, being excellent in foam stability in foam production and giving a foam excellent in impact resiliency and mechanical strengths. SOLUTION: The polyisocyanate is obtained by mixing an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer obtained by reacting MDI or polymeric MDI, with a polyether polyol or a polyester polyol with and TDI.
