PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate for a flexible polyurethane foam, being excellent in foam stability in foam production and giving a foam excellent in impact repulsion and mechanical strengths. SOLUTION: The polyisocyanate is obtained by mixing an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer obtained by reacting MDI with a polyether polyol and a polyester polyol with polymeric MDI and TDI.
