PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system whose visibility and utility are improved. SOLUTION: A present-location display icon (a) staying in a prescribed position even when a present location of a user is changed, a graduation (f) and a symbol (g) as azimuth information regarding an azimuth in a definite range at the front in a traveling direction using the present location as the center and a way-point display icon (d) and a guide mark (h) as guidance information regarding an azimuth in the traveling direction in the present location and that of a way point to be set by the user, are displayed on the same picture plane X.
