An automatic fire extinguishing device for an electronic machine with a case is provided to extinguish fire in an early stage by expanding a fire prevention member automatically to remove air on the inner side of the case. The automatic fire extinguishing device for an electronic machine with a case includes a detecting sensor(20), a spray member(30), and a fire prevention member(40). The detecting sensor(20) is installed in the inner side of a case of an electronic machine to detect a fire. The spray member(30) is connected to the detecting sensor(20) and generates a fire extinguishing agent. The fire prevention member(40) is expanded by the fire extinguishing agent of the spray member, and is filled into an empty space on the inner side of the case of the electronic machine.
