PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive transfer material capable of stably holding a photosensitive resin layer without causing reticulation (wrinkles such as folding and overlapping occurred on the resin layer in the lapse of time) on this layer even in the case of providing the photosensitive resin layer small in the content of a pigment or the like on a cushion layer for preventing the occurrence of defective transfer on a temporary supporting body and capable of forming a sharp and high-quality image. SOLUTION: This photosensitive transfer material is formed by laminating at least a thermoplastic resin layer and a photosensitive resin layer in this order on a temporary supporting body and the photosensitive resin layer containing a copolymer resin comprising benzyl methacrylate, methacryl acid and methyl methacrylate and this layer has an acid value of 50-120 and a glass transition point Tg of 75-123 deg.C. |
