<p>A touch panel is provided to reduce tiredness of a user more than a resistive film type by using one substrate, overcome a weak point not operated when an object having a small tip is used, and reduce a manufacturing cost by using a relatively inexpensive piezoelectric thin film. The touch panel is completed by forming a transparent conductive thin film(2), the piezoelectric thin film(3) and an electrode(4) on a substrate(1). If pressure is applied to the piezoelectric thin film, an electric signal is generated by a voltage bipolar effect of the piezoelectric thin film. The electric signal is detected through the transparent conductive thin film and the electrode, and a controller calculates/recognizes the electric signal as coordinates.</p> |
