An apparatus for motion monitoring of a fish-hook float is provided to help a user having poor eyesight to see the motion of the fish hook float correctly and to increase joy of fishing. The apparatus for motion monitoring of a fish-hook float includes a filming unit, an observation unit and a battery(140). The filming unit has a zoom lens(110), a CCD color camera(120) and a wire communication device(130). The observation unit includes an operation portion(210), a wire communication portion(220), a control device(230) and a monitor(240). A laser beam emitting device to chase position of the fish hook float is mounted on the CCD color camera, which films a subject and converts it into a motion picture signal. The battery supplies driving power to the filming unit and the observation unit.
