An e-money settlement system and an e-money information recording medium are provided to make a user continuously keep an e-money card like an IC card and actively lead the users to revisit a game arcade by providing the e-money card storing a predetermined discount rate to each user. An e-money information recording medium(21) includes an e-money recording area storing e-money information and a discount-rate storage storing the predetermined discount rate. The discount rate is read from the discount rate recording area and settlement is performed by e-money read from the e-money recording area according to the discount rate. The discount rate recording area sets the discount rate according to a game machine(17) using the e-money information.
