<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomic dispersion-type remaining chlorine concentration monitoring controlling system capable of properly managing the remaining chlorine concentration in the whole water supply facility, while reducing the time, cost and manpower necessary for monitoring the water quality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of monitoring controlling device 10, each comprising a set of a non-reagent remaining chlorine concentration measurement instrument 12 and an electric analyzer 11 are mounted on a plurality of parts from a water purifying facility to an end water distributing facility. These monitoring controlling devices 10 are connected to a central monitoring controlling system 20 for adjusting the remaining chlorine concentration between the water purifying facility to the end water distributing facility, to keep the remaining chlorine concentration in the water supply facility within a predetermined range.
