<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic material using a silicon material having an Si-Si bond as a compatibilizer or modifier, a recycled plastic material and a plastic molding composed of the plastic material. <P>SOLUTION: The compatibilizer comprises a silicon material, preferably a polysilane expressed by the general formula (1): (R<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>Si)<SB>x</SB>(R<SP>3</SP>Si)<SB>y</SB>(Si)<SB>z</SB>(wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, hydroxy group, alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkoxy group, aryl group or silyl group; x, y and z each denotes a number of zero or≥1 provided that the sum of x, y and z is 5 to 400).
