FIELD: foundry, possibly manufacture of small-size products by casting. ^ SUBSTANCE: process comprises steps of feeding dielectric mixture of styrene and alpha-methyl styrene with added titania to hopper of casting machine for preparing plasticized melt mixture; heating said melt mixture in hopper till 190 - 249°C and injecting it to casting mold under pressure 10 - 13 MPa; cooling down casting mold till 50°C for 2 - 3 min; feeding for testing small-size articles separated from mold, for example valve diodes or high-frequency dielectric irradiators of antenna array. ^ EFFECT: possibility for producing articles having high dielectric permeability and small dielectric losses. ^ 1 ex
