The invention relates to an extraction hood (1) which has a first module (5) comprising a pipe (7) having a first (8) and a second end portion (17), and a second module (6) comprising a connecting pipe (21) and a cover (2), said cover connecting to the connecting pipe in such a manner that the connecting pipe comprises a first end portion (22) which is located outside the cover and a second end portion (23) which is located inside the cover. The second end portion (23) of the connecting pipe (21) connects to the second end portion (17) of the pipe (7) of the first module (5). Furthermore the cover (2) connects to the first module (5) in the first end portion (8) of the pipe (7) of the first module. The invention also relates to a method of assembling such an extraction hood. |
