FIELD: instrument engineering, method for installation of instruments on thermostatically controlled panels of space vehicles. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method consists in application of a heat-conducting layer of thermoexpanded graphite on the instrument contact surface and/or thermostatically controlled panel and installation of the instrument with the contact surface on the thermostatically controlled panel with the aid of the fasteners with a subsequent prepressing of the heat-conducting layer, rigid gaskets are installed in the areas of the fasteners between the instrument contact surface and the thermostatically controlled panel, gasket thickness H is determined by formula: H=(S-A)x(1-Delta/100), where S-the minimum original thickness of the heat-conducting gasket, mm; A-the summary nonflatness of the instrument contact surface and the thermostatically controlled panel under it, mm; Delta- the minimum required value of prepressing of the heat-conducting panel, %. ^ EFFECT: protected heat-conducting layer against residual deformation under the action of static and dynamic loads on the instrument and reduced range of the degree of prepressing of the heat-conducting layer. |
