The locking members are made of sectors and mounted on the top face of the stiffening ribs. The sectors enter the circular bore in the branch pipe when they move radially along the pressing bolts on the stiffening ribs under the action of the beveled surface of the driving nut. The screw of the drive is hollow and receives rod and locators that lock the nut with respect to the screw. The nut is made of a trancated pyramid whose sides are provided with T-shaped grooves. The sectors are provided with T-shaped projections that move the sectors over the face of the stiffening ribs. The nut can be made of a trancated cone.
