FIELD: pressure sensors. ^ SUBSTANCE: constructively asymmetric differential pressure sensor contains measuring mechanism with first semi-chamber, containing first volume and closed membrane with first rigidity coefficient, and to second semi-chamber with second volume and closed second separating membrane with second rigidity coefficient. First semi-chamber is separated from second semi-chamber by pressure-feeling element, in particular, measuring membrane. First semi-chamber is filled with first working liquid with first thermal expansion coefficient, and second semi-chamber is filled with second working liquid with second thermal expansion coefficient. For balancing pressure error of separating membrane depending on temperature, construction is made such that first result of multiplication of first membrane rigidity coefficient by first volume and first coefficient of thermal expansion is mainly equal to second result of multiplication of second membrane rigidity coefficient by second volume and second thermal expansion coefficient. At least one multiplier output first result of multiplication is constructively different from appropriate multiplier of second result of multiplication. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency. ^ 7 cl, 4 dwg |
