The piezoelectric element is connected with its second outlet to the second differentiating circuit outlet, the second capacitor outlet, the second outlet of the primary transformer winding. The symmetric threshold commutator output is connected to the first differentiating circuit outlet, the first capacitor outlet and the first outlet of the primary transformer winding.
