FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to form transversostoma followed by washing "the switched off" intestine and abdominal cavity with antiseptic solution through a tube introduced into abducting department of transversostoma; moreover, washing waters entering the abdominal cavity through the defect in anastomosis should be withdrawn along the drainages introduced though incisions in iliac areas towards anastomosis area, into pelvic cavity and lateral canals of abdominal cavity. It is important to carry out lavage to avoid pus admixture in washing waters. Then comes transversostomal plasty.
