Also disclosed is method for production of abovementioned compounds by interaction of 1,2,3-tris[hydroxypoly(alkyleneoxy)]-propanes with monochloroacetic acid in presence of acetic catalyst in medium of boiling organic solvent with azeotropic removing of formed water followed by treatment at heating of obtained product in polar solvent medium with aliphatic amines of formula R1R2R3N, wherein R1=R2=H; R3= CH2CH2NH2, CH2CH2OH or with heterocyclic amines (pyridines) of formula , wherein R5=H, CH3, or with mixture of morpholine and pyridine in molar ratio of hydroxy propane derivative: monochloroacetic acid:morpholine:pyridine = 1:3.0-3.2:1.0-2.1:1.0:2.1, respectively.
