Provided is a method for preparing photochromic films or plates, wherein a lifespan of a photochromic material is improved in the prepared photochromic film or plate, and has significantly improved durability. The method for preparing photochromic films or plates comprises the steps of: forming unevenness(32) on the part or the whole of a coating substrate(31); coating the part or the whole of the uneven substrate(31) with a photochromic material(33); and forming a protective layer(34) on the coated substrate(31). The unevenness(32) is formed by laying an uneven plate on the coating substrate(31), and thereto applying pressure to perform transfer.
