摘要 A method for pre-treating a sample to analyze an ultra low volume of a lead element included into a break lining is provided to allow the lead element to be accurately analyzed in the break lining by completely separating the lead element from a break lining sample. A method for pre-treating a sample to analyze an ultra low volume of a lead element included into break lining includes the steps of primarily white leading the sample, after collecting 1.0g of the sample from the break lining, by heating the collected sample, 20~30ml of nitric acid, and 30~40ml of perchloric acid in a Teflon beaker, secondly white leading by heating 20~30ml of nitric acid, 20~30ml of hydrofluoric acid, and the sample obtained from the primary process, evaporating by heating the sample obtained from second process at 100‹C during 1 hour after cooling the sample down to room temperature in a glass beaker; diluting the resolved sample in distilled water of 250ml in a measuring flask after heating the evaporated sample, 20~30ml of nitric acid, and 10~20ml of hydrochloric acid; co-precipitating by adding 10~20ml of 5% ferrous chloride, 30~40ml of 25% sal ammoniac, and 20~30ml ammonia solution into the sample after putting 25~50ml of the diluted sample into the measuring flask with the volume of 100ml, and resolving by nitric acid and diluting co-precipitate by filtering the co-precipitate obtained from co-precipitation reaction after separating the sample into the co-precipitate and waste water.
