An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel and a method of manufacturing the LCD panel are provided to prevent the horizontal line phenomenon by compensating for a charging rate variation due to data delay. A first thin film transistor(TFT1) for providing a data signal having a polarity opposite to the polarity of a previous horizontal line is formed. A second thin film transistor(TFT2) for providing a data signal having the same polarity as that of the previous horizontal line is formed. At least one of the channel width and the channel length of the second thin film transistor is different from the channel width and the channel length of the first thin film transistor. The channel width of the second thin film transistor is smaller than the channel width of the first thin film transistor. The channel length of the second thin film transistor is greater than the channel length of the first thin film transistor.
