A pre-discount service system using a cyber point and a method thereof are provided to increase preference of a pre-discount credit card and sales of a member shop by providing a user with the cyber point according to use results of the pre-discount credit card irrespective of purchase and providing the user with discount within a limit of the provided cyber point. A point assigner(160) assigns the cyber point of a specific limit to the user. A discount provider(165) discounts a specific amount of a purchase amount and generates the use-planned cyber point to deduct the discount amount. An offset period resetting unit(175) resets an offset period for a total discount amount accumulated after the discount. A point supplier(180) deducts the discount amount by using the use-planned cyber point as much as a cyber point use limit generated according to a cyber point use condition among an accumulation rate of the credit card use amount and increases the usable cyber point as much as the offset discount amount. A contract recorder(150) records a speech for contract contents of a pre-discount service user through a telephone network. |
