摘要 <p>A nano-particle with core-shell structure having ferromagnetic properties is provided to be used in production of a conductive ink and formation of fine wiring with use of the conductive ink and magnetic field, so as to homogeneously distribute the particle in the ink and to prevent migration or spots in the wiring by forming a ferromagnetic core and a conductive layer around the core to form the nano-particle. The nano-particle has a ferromagnetic core and a conductive layer enclosing the ferromagnetic core. The core includes at least one metal selected from iron, cobalt, nickel, manganese and alloy thereof. The conductive layer includes at least one metal selected from silver, copper, gold, platinum, aluminum and alloy thereof. The nano-particle has size of 5 to 50nm. The core ranges from 5 to 40wt. parts against 100wt. parts of the nano-particle. A wiring formation apparatus comprises: an inkjet head for discharging a conductive ink(33) containing the nano-particle(31) to one side of a substrate(32); and a magnetic field(38) formation part located at the other side of the substrate in response to the inkjet head.</p>
