Provided is a transition metal-doped conducting polymer orientation membrane, which is superior in heat resistance and conductivity, simplifies a LCD production process and saves the process expenses when LCD is manufactured using the same membrane. The transition metal-doped conducting polymer orientation membrane is prepared by the steps of: blending a transition metal complex solution with a polymer orientation material solution to obtain a transition metal-doped polymer orientation material solution; and coating a glass substrate(301) with the transition metal-doped polymer orientation material solution to form an orientation membrane(302). A blending ratio of the transition metal complex solution and the polymer orientation material solution is 1:3 to 1:9.
