A fan driving method of a combo system is provided to reduce a fan use time and extend a fan life by calculating a selective fan driving condition according to whether each composing unit is driven and selectively driving a fan. After the power of a system is turned on(202), a control block checks whether each composing unit is driven(204). The control block calculates a fan driving condition according to a composing unit driven among the composing units(206). The control block drives a fan according to the calculated fan driving condition(208). The control block checks whether the driving of each composing unit is changed while driving the fan(210). When the driving of each composing unit is changed, the control block calculates a corresponding fan driving condition again, and drives the fan(206,208).
