The post (1) has a gutter shaped part including two sets of lateral walls and base walls, and housing a vertical wire (4) of a panel (2), where the vertical wire is provided with ribs. One set of lateral walls has slots (11) for receiving horizontal wires (3) of the panel and lips (12), each of which is formed remotely from one slot. The lips are folded after placing them in the gutter shaped part for holding the vertical wire in the part, and the slots are presented in the form of stair. An independent claim is also included for pliers for folding lips of a post.
